So I’ve decided to do a weekly review. Mostly for myself.This will probably be a very boring post. Just to track my own progress. Overall, I would say well done! I didn’t eat any fast food, but truth be told, budget probably played a big part in that. As far as picking natural options, not so great. I did eat packaged food quite a bit. But again, budget. And I felt like a better option to adjust to the timing of making more of my own food. But eating canned condensed soups is still better than eating food that someone hands out a window to me while I’m in my car. My portion control has also been good. Except the night that I made way too much quesadillas. But at least I made them myself? I also haven’t had any soda/pop in for a week!
Besides the hike last weekend I didn’t really do too much else physical. But 1 day a week is 1 day more than zero.
Overall I’m very proud of myself. I made some good choices. And even my worst this week was still better than I have done in the past.
I also want to say thank you to everyone who has read this blog so far! And especially those of you who chose to follow it! You are all magical snow beasts that make my heart super happy!
